Olea Vista Place is one of those rare hilltop escapes where the world suddenly goes quiet. Surrounded by olive trees and with no neighbours in sight, it feels beautifully private, just open sky, birdsong and the Adriatic stretching out in front of you.

Our four apartments are newly renovated, modern and cozy, designed to feel like a small sanctuary after a day by the sea. Some offer dreamy open views, others open directly into the garden among olive trees. Mornings are slow here. Coffee tastes better. Evenings last longer.

From here, the view is something special. Below you lie the saltpans glowing in the sun, the sea of Lucija and Portorož shimmering in the distance, and across the bay the outline of the Croatian coast. In the evening, the sunsets turn the entire horizon gold and pink. It’s the kind of view that makes you put your phone down and simply stare.

And yet, you’re only a 5-minute drive from Portorož beach, restaurants, bars and shops. You get the best of both worlds: complete peace when you want it, lively coastal energy when you feel like stepping out. A car is necessary, but that’s exactly what keeps this place so wonderfully quiet.
